Data collected for the rental subscription

For the activation of the device rental service and for the management of the related contractual relationship, the Data Controller collects and processes the following data: company name or name and surname, billing and installation address, VAT number or tax code, SDI Recipient Code or PEC address, email address, telephone number and name of the contact person.

The provision of such data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract and for the issuing of the electronic invoice: failure to provide it will make it impossible to activate the service.

The legal bases of the processing are the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. b) of the Regulation, and the fulfillment of legal obligations in tax and accounting matters to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. c) of the Regulation.

Payment data

Payments relating to the rental service are managed via the Stripe platform. The card data is entered on pages hosted directly by Stripe: these data do not pass through the Data Controller's systems, which does not collect or store them in any form.

Stripe processes payment data as an independent data controller for the purposes related to the execution of the operation, the prevention of fraud and the regulatory obligations to which it is subject. The Data Controller receives from Stripe only the information necessary for the management of the contractual relationship and administrative obligations: outcome of the operation, amount, date, billing data and identification reference of the transaction.

In the case of formulas with recurring fees, the payment method remains registered with Stripe to allow periodic charges, until the relationship is terminated or revoked by the interested party.

Data communication

The data collected through the site are not disclosed. They may be communicated to third parties exclusively when this is necessary for the provision of the requested services or the fulfillment of legal obligations, and in particular to:

suppliers of technical services for hosting and maintenance of the site, who operate as data controllers;
Stripe, as provider of the online payment collection service, as specified in the "Payment data" paragraph;
professionals and consultants in charge of accounting and tax obligations;
authorities and public administrations, in the cases provided for by law.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

Some of the suppliers used by the Data Controller, in particular for the payment collection service, may involve the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

Such transfers take place in the presence of the guarantees provided for in Chapter V of the Regulation, including the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the applicable adequacy decisions. Data processing and storage methods

The personal data collected are processed with specific security measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data collected is processed by Leonardo Soluzioni di Mazzacani Cristian personnel authorized to process it.
